It has been reported that some users are not getting past the “guest” stage in One Stop Search even after they have logged in.   It seems a persistent problem for some people and intermittent for others.   I believe this is a browser issue and not Alma or Iridium.  I have a support case in and will report back when the issue is resolved.

 

In the meantime if a patron needs to renew or request items you can do it on their behalf in Alma.
