While on VR today (from 12-1), I got a question from someone, who then immediately signed off. Presumably they thought that 1) I was the person that they were talking to
earlier and 2) That I knew who they are and how to get in touch with them.
I’m sending this out in hopes that whoever initially answered this request, can identify it, and get back to the patron. I think it is important in terms of customer service/library
image to respond to this person, if possible. Here is the original message:
