Hi all,

Just in case you come across this on VR, older versions of Internet Explorer (I believe IE 7 or older, but someone please send an update if I have this wrong!) do not work with our new Get It menu. Below is an example of what the patrons would see – “internet explorer cannot display the webpage”.

This issue comes up fairly frequently for hospital patrons, as their standard browser is IE and they do not get regular updates. If you are speaking to a hospital patron about this issue, they need to speak to Manitoba eHealth about getting either an IE upgrade or an additional browser installed. In our experience, eHealth seems to be amenable to installing Firefox.
