Just FYI, there is a bug in the new LibChat regarding URLs. When you share a URL with a patron, particularly when it is at the end of a message, the software is sometimes adding HTML break code. The URL will look normal on your screen, but when clicked the break will be appended – eg. converting www.google.com/ to www.google.com/<br> . This will often result in a 404 error for the patron. Springshare is aware of this issue and is working on a fix.
