Learning & Organizational Development (LOD) has started to open registration for our learning and development opportunities scheduled for January and February, 2024. Registration typically opens 6 to 8 weeks in advance so I encourage you to check the LODReg page, pasted below, regularly to view new workshops as they are scheduled.  We anticipate several new workshops will be scheduled for winter and spring. LOD programs and services are fully funded by Human Resources as part of our commitment to employee development, and are available exclusively to University of Manitoba employees.

For more information on LOD programs and services, log into the UM Intranet, select “Employee Resources” and under “Learning and growth” select “Employee Career Development”. There you will find information on our four internal certificate programs, the variety of workshops and sessions available for support staff, information on tuition reimbursement for eligible employees, unique team building sessions available for groups and teams, and other supports and services for employees.
