Please consider getting involved with the Canadian Federation of Medical Students (CFMS), it’s a great opportunity to connect with medical students across the country and work as a team to advocate for over 9,000 medical student members nationwide. It would also be great to see some Manitoban representation at the national level!

Electoral Timeline:

Nominations OPEN: Monday, April 13th
Nominations CLOSE: Tuesday, April 28th
Nomination Documents Due: Wednesday, April 29th
Election Day (Virtual): Saturday, May 9th @8am PDT / 11am EDT / 12:30 NDT (end time based on number of candidates)
New Board Check-In: 15-30mins, directly after elections on May 9th
Summer Board Transition Meeting: June 11-14th, 2026 (location TBD).
