Good afternoon Med students,

Student Affairs is conducting an annual survey to better understand students’ experiences with Student Affairs, how you would like to engage with us moving forward, and which wellness activities you find most helpful and enjoyable.

To show our appreciation for your time and valuable feedback, you will have the option to be entered into a draw for one of five (5) $25 Tim Hortons gift cards. If you would like to be included in the draw, please click the link at the end of the survey, which will direct you to a separate Cognito where you can enter your contact information. This process ensures that your contact information remains separate from your survey responses, allowing you to share open and honest feedback.
