Hi Med 1’s,

We’re happy to confirm that the first phase of your Winter 2026 Term schedule has been published in Entrada, which includes courses between January 5 – March 13, 2026. You should see full schedules MSK1, EM1/OBG1, and UT1/GHN1. Absence requests for this period may now be submitted. Please hold on submitting absence requests beyond March 13 for now.

Some important notes:

1. Dec 20, 2025 - Jan 4, 2026 (Winter Break): Students are not registered during this period and are not covered by university liability insurance. Shadowing should not be booked during this time.

2. Your return date after winter break is Monday, January 5. Any travel arrangements for the break should allow for a return in time for classes that day.

3. Spring Break: March 16 - 20, 2026. Your Module 2 schedule (March 23 onward) will be released in the coming weeks—watch for another email confirming when this is ready.

• Check your dashboard: This is the only source for your real-time, personalized schedule. Make it a habit to review your dashboard regularly before classes and when planning activities.

• Work in progress: Your schedule is a framework for now. Details like instructors, materials, and objectives are still being added—thanks for your patience!

• Changes happen: Major changes aren’t expected, but minor adjustments may occur. HOLDs may appear for this reason so you know where we’re still working. Please plan to be on campus for those dates/times as shown. Keep checking Entrada for updates.
