Hello Class of 2030,

We are just a few days away from the inaugural ceremony, so we wanted to reiterate some important information.

Students are expected to be at the Centennial Concert Hall by 8:00 AM. We will begin taking your student photos shortly thereafter so please be ready with your hair and makeup done.

You should have all received your white coat by then. Please DO NOT FORGET TO BRING YOUR WHITE COAT. We will not have extras at the Concert Hall. Also, kindly ensure your name is written on the label to avoid misplacements.

Just prior to the ceremony starting, we will all gather in the back gym area for a group photo at 9:45 am.

Please remember once you have been cloaked on stage to look up to the balcony for a photo and wait until you see the sign to move off stage. I will review this day of as well. After the Ceremony is over, prior to you leaving for the reception, we ask all students come to the stage for another group photo with your white coats on.

If you haven’t already completed the INAUGURAL PROCESSION CARD: Phonetic Pronunciation – Fill out form  please do so immediately.

As a reminder, this form will be used to create your procession cards for the inaugural ceremony. You will each be handed a card morning of the ceremony printed with your grouping order and the information you provide in the form above. You will carry this card with you and hand to the announcer while walking on stage to be read aloud prior to cloaking. Without this card, your name will not be read on stage.

Looking forward to seeing you all there!

Thank you,
