The Department of Family Medicine is excited to welcome you all to the third Med.Zero event at the University of Manitoba, Max Rady College of Medicine.

We have a fun afternoon planned. You will meet your classmates, Family Physicians, and residents and be introduced to the specialty of Family Medicine!
There will be clinical skills workshops that will introduce you to IUD insertions, pap tests, airway management, delivering a baby, ultrasound, and an exciting surprise station! You will each participate in two of the
clinical skills workshops.
If you would like to learn a little more about some of these procedures, although not a requirement to participate, please see the following links to videos/text.
As a reminder, please complete your PHIA training as it is required for participation in some of the stations.
