We kindly ask you to fill out the following form no later than Monday August 3^rd, 2026.  

INAUGURAL PROCESSION CARD: Phonetic Pronunciation – Fill out form

This form will be used to create your procession cards for the inaugural ceremony. You will each be handed a card morning of the ceremony printed with your grouping order and the information you provide in the form above. You will carry this card with you and hand to the announcer while walking on stage to be read aloud prior to cloaking. Without this card, your name will not be read on stage.
