Opportunities for Students and Trainees

PRIME Trainee Research Awards: Two undergraduate students, graduate students, or postdoctoral fellows enrolled at Manitoba
institutions will each receive up to $5,000 to support research aligned with PRIME’s family mental health objectives.

Community Organization Student Fellowships: Manitoba undergraduate students can receive
$8,000 to work with a community organization for an eight-month term. The host organization will receive an additional
$2,000.
Opportunities for Community Organizations

Community & Academic Partnership Grants:
Three Manitoba-based community organizations will each receive $22,000 to conduct community-benefiting research in partnership with an academic researcher.

Community Organization Student Fellowships: Organizations can host a student fellow and receive
$2,000, while the student receives $8,000. Organizations and students may apply with an existing partner or request to be matched.
