Twitter and Health Promotion
Quick question.... do you or does your organization Tweet? We'd love to know about it (@mhiknethttp://twitter.com/mhiknet) . If you've never been on Twitter the opportunity for collaboration and discussion in the field of health care is amazing especially in the area of health promotion. But don't take my word for it!
