MPS Instructors,

As we come to the end of the term, Amanda and I will require the MPS grades for your students.

Please see attached MPS Grade Submission sheet.

Jazz and Post-Bacc - please return to Amanda (Amanda.Wiebe@umanitoba.ca)

All other undergrad programs, please return to me (Samuel.Kidd@umanitoba.ca)

There are some extra paper copies in the main office  that can also be filled out.  Please submit those to the main office and leave in our respective mailbox if not submitting electronically.

Please have these returned to us by April 9, 2026.
