Equity, Access, and Participation: I Didn’t Know What to Say: Addressing Microaggressions in the Classroom
Addressing micro-aggressions in classroom or tutorial settings is crucial for promoting inclusivity and improving patient outcomes. In this session, we will explore effective strategies and language for teachers to address micro-aggressions. By using the micro-aggressions triangle model, participants will learn how to handle such incidents in real-time.
