Assessment in the Moment
Work-based assessment practices in the clinical environment can direct further learning and foster growth. Using a coaching lens, this workshop will provide a framework for ‘in the moment’ formative assessment with targeted questions to support clinical learning.

Addressing micro-aggressions in classroom or tutorial settings is crucial for promoting inclusivity and improving patient outcomes. In this session, we will explore effective strategies and language for teachers to address micro-aggressions. By using the micro-aggressions triangle model, participants will learn how to handle such incidents in real-time.
