RIME with Dr. Teresa Cavett
It seems reasonable to say that most people have heard of podcasts, and many have listened to at least one. But have you ever heard of pubcasts? A pubcast is similar to a podcast but it focuses on discussing a research project directly with the researcher(s). You might want to think of it as a cross between a podcast interview and a journal club. It gives listeners the opportunity to hear not only the research results but also discover the experiences of the researcher as they undertook this journey.

With the days getting shorter, the air feeling crisper, and all manner of things becoming pumpkin-spiced once again, it’s also an opportune time to explore and learn. Well, it’s always an opportune time to explore and learn, but there’s something about the fall that heightens that feeling, don’t you think? As always, ISME is looking forward to being a part of your learning adventures. Our podcasts are back and we’re starting out this month with an exploration of RIME. This framework for fostering student progress in a clinical setting…better yet, let’s listen as Dr. Teresa Cavett shares her wisdom and experience in this area.
