Feedback to the Clinical Learner: The Daily Microdose
Feedback is essential to learners' professional and personal development. Yet, learners report receiving little feedback during training. Furthermore, feedback that is received often does not provide assistance in changing practice or performance. This workshop will provide teachers with a framework to address these challenges. Participants will explore how coaching techniques, coupled with frequent micro-doses of feedback, will assist learners in achieving their learning goals.
