Workshop on Small Animal MR and Hybrid PET/MR Imaging
WHEN: Monday, June 20, 2016
WHERE: 750 McDermot Ave, University of Manitoba (071 Apotex Building)
WEBSITE: http://www.uwinnipeg.ca/imaging-workshop/
Do you work with animals, small materials or tissue samples? Have you ever considered incorporating non-invasive imaging into your practice/research? Do you know what capabilities Manitoba has to offer for non-invasive imaging of small samples?
On June 20, 2016 there will be a full day Workshop on Small Animal MR and Hybrid PET/MR Imaging. NSERC-Prairies will be talking about academic-industry partnerships, and World-experts on magnetic resonance (MR) imaging, positron emission tomography (PET) and hybrid PET/MR imaging (including users of the local Magnetic Resonance Microscopy Centre), will be showcasing their research.
Please join us to learn more about MR imaging and hybrid PET/MR imaging capabilities in Manitoba and if they could be of use to you. Registration is FREE and includes lunch and coffee breaks, followed by an evening of wine and cheese. During this time you’ll have an opportunity to meet the speakers and ask questions.
For more information about the workshop and where to register, please visit: http://www.uwinnipeg.ca/imaging-workshop/
