Dear colleague,
We are writing to you in our roles on the Canadian Physiological Society Executive. We are working to engage the community of Canadian physiologists, and provide support and opportunities for trainees and early career scientists.
We are taking several initiatives to engage new members and plan for future events:
1. We have prepared a survey that we would ask you to forward to members of your department, in order to get a better idea of commonly attended international meetings to target for partnerships. Please use the following link.
2. We are offering complimentary 2020 membership in the society for faculty and students of Canadian departments linked to the discipline of Physiology. Please encourage your department members to officially join by using the following link:
3. We will be hosting a symposium in affiliation with the 2020 CAN/ACN meeting in Montreal, May 30. We have attached a poster with a preliminary list of speakers and will be sending updates regularly.
We ask that you please circulate these opportunities to your students and faculties.
