We are writing to inform you about the upcoming registration process for the 2024-2025 academic year.
Registration Information:
- Registration Dates: Students can access their registration date and time on Aurora starting June 28.

Ensure you have no holds on your account, which will prevent registration. Further information regarding hold can be found here:
https://umanitoba.ca/registrar/holds-and-student-status. To view and resolve holds on your account:
- Log in to Aurora.
- Select Student Records.
- Select View Holds.
- From here you will be able to determine the type of hold you have, as well as the unit that placed you on hold.
You will receive a detailed email with registration information by July 8.
Important Reminders:
- Students admitted to the Bachelor of Midwifery Program are required to register for a 100% course load in each term of the program. If you wish to interrupt your studies, you must
submit a written request for a Leave of Absence to the Associate Dean, Undergraduate Programs, College of Nursing, by the following dates:
- June 1 for the Fall Term
- October 1 for the Winter Term
- February 1 for the Summer Term
- Late requests may be considered under exceptional circumstances.
- Student Registration with the College of Midwives of Manitoba:
Students must register with the College of Midwives of Manitoba annually.
- Students who do not register with the College of Midwives of Manitoba as set out in the policy will be placed on hold.
