Dear Nursing Students:

This is a reminder to recertify your CPR at the Health Care Provider Level (HCP) during the months of April or May, regardless of the expiry date noted on your CPR card. Proof of your recertification must be emailed to nursing@umanitoba.ca no later than Thursday, June 1st. No exceptions.

Please include CPR and your full name and student number in the subject of your email.

Submitting your documents on time means that you will be able to register in the initial access period, provided you do not have other holds on your record. Students who do not submit the documents on time will be prevented from registering for courses until late August, which may result in you not obtaining space in some of your courses.

Thank you and have a great day!

My office is located on original lands of Anishinaabeg, Cree, Oji-Cree, Dakota, and Dene Peoples, and on the homeland of the Métis Nation. I respect the Treaties that were made on these territories, I acknowledge the harms and mistakes of the past, and I dedicate myself to move forward in partnership with Indigenous communities in a spirit of reconciliation and collaboration.
