Subject: [Nursing-bn-students] BLS Renewal Classes from the NSA

Hello Nursing Students,

It's that time of year again - BLS Renewal! The NSA is pleased to be able to offer classes again this year through the First Aid Training Centre! Classes are $53.00/student which is a discount from their public rate of $60.00; the NSA also receives a small margin from the sign-ups, plus you can attend with your friends, so it is a win-win! Please see the links below to register and make sure to register ASAP as spots fill up quickly!

Please note that if your current certification is NOT through the Heart and Stroke, you would be required to pay an additional fee and take a knowledge test prior to attending a Heart and Stroke class. Therefore, if this is your case, we recommend signing up for one of the Red Cross classes which does not have these same rules/fees. If you require more information about this, please reach out to me.

Please bring a copy of your current certification with you when attending your class. Please take note of the cancellation policy when signing up and be sure to enter your class date and time into your calendar to avoid missing your class and needing to pay again to re-register. If any of you have questions, please let me know.

All the weekday classes in April will be held in Helen Glass room 202 (student lounge on the main floor across the reception desk).

All the weekend classes in April will be held at the First Aid Training Centre (B-305 Madison Street).

All May classes will be held at the First Aid Training Centre (B-305 Madison Street).
