Dear Faculty & Staff,
Over the past several months, we have come together in a series of community building circles designed to strengthen connection, foster trust, and support a culture of respect and belonging within our college. Your reflections are important in helping us understand
the impact of these sessions and identify opportunities to continue building supportive and inclusive relationships.
We invite you to participate in an anonymous survey being conducted by the Office of Professionalism. Participation
in this survey is voluntary, and responses will be considered in aggregate to help inform future community-building initiatives.

The survey will take approximately 5 minutes to complete and will remain open until
July 15th, 2026. Your responses will be submitted directly to the Office of Professionalism, which will conduct the survey and complete data analysis.
If you have any questions about the survey, please feel free to contact Jackie Gruber at
Jackie.gruebr@umanitoba.ca .
Thank you for sharing your perspectives and for your ongoing commitment to our community.

I live and work on original lands of Anishinaabeg, Ininiwak, Anisininewuk, Dakota Oyate and Dene, and on the National Homeland of the Red River Métis. I respect the Treaties that were made on these territories, I acknowledge the harms and mistakes of the past,
and I dedicate myself to move forward in partnership with Indigenous communities in a spirit of Reconciliation and collaboration.
