Hello Colleagues,
I am excited to work with you again this Thursday. I just want to send a few tips to help you prepare for our session.
1. Ensure to give some thought to prep questions in the agenda document prior to the session.
2. Feel free to bring a tablet or laptop to work on for some of the group discussions.
3. Please bring a printed copy of the interview matrix worksheet with you. You will be using this as you interview some of your colleagues on the topics of excellence.
4. We will be using Mentimeter for a discussion. Please familiarize yourself with the tool if you are not familiar: https://www.mentimeter.com/
I will give you the number code at the session for our polling. You can you use your phone or laptop.
5. We will be using Jamboard to capture the group work. Please find the link for the 1) Interview Matrix themes here 2)
