This year’s conference brings together a distinguished group of nurse leaders whose expertise spans clinical practice, education, leadership, and health system transformation. Featured speakers include Katrin Ann Param-Vital, MBA, BN, RN, an accomplished nursing leader in organizational transformation; Abigail Kawadza, MN, BN, RN, whose work centers on advanced practice and equity-informed care; and Heather Nowak, MN, BN, RN, a respected clinician known for her leadership in complex clinical environments.
