On behalf of the Planning Committee, I am delighted to invite you to attend the Advanced Practice Nurse Conference, entitled “Leadership in Unpredictable Times.” The event is scheduled for Tuesday, March 11, with networking from 4:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m., followed by the conference beginning at 5:00 p.m. 

This year’s conference brings together a distinguished group of nurse leaders whose expertise spans clinical practice, education, leadership, and health system transformation. Featured speakers include Katrin Param-Vital, MBA, BN, RN, an accomplished nursing leader in organizational transformation; Abigail Kawadza, MN, RN, whose work centers on advanced practice and equity-informed care; and Heather Nowak, RN, a respected clinician known for her leadership in complex clinical environments.

Together, our speakers will explore how nurses lead, adapt, and sustain excellence in evolving and unpredictable practice settings. The conference aims to foster reflection and dialogue on leadership, resilience, and innovation within advanced nursing practice.
