All,

Issues have been raised that some individuals are hesitant in sharing resources or reluctant in asking for help and assistance from others.  These are barriers that compromise our ability to work together and do not foster a welcoming working environment conducive to collaborations; as such, they are not acceptable and need to be removed immediately.    If you have or will experience any of these barriers, please feel free to connect with the Dept. Head who will deal with the matters confidentially.
