Please be attentive that when using the autoclave on the 3rd floor to properly sealed it. This morning there was a good sized water puddle that had formed into the hallway. The gasket on the door was not correctly aligned causing steam to billow out. This  has been fixed.

Staff should ensure that equipment is operating properly before leaving it. If there is a problem you need to attend to it.
