Hi all,

Thanks very much for those who came out and helped with the cleaning yesterday. Please keep the lounge tidy. There are complaints about things being stolen from the lounge. It is also a concern that the lounge is misused. I really doubt if it is our students. Because the lounge is always open even during after the working hours and the weekends, outsiders could easily get access to it and create such problems.

Please make sure the lounge is locked after the office hours - at least during the weekends.  Everyone of us has got the keys so please lock it to avoid such issues.
