Inter-Actions: Celebrating Feminist Theory and Practice

The Feminist Research Group (FRG) would like to invite students and faculty from all disciplines to attend a conference to acknowledge and celebrate feminist research and productions. 

This is our 7th annual conference that features feminist research and creative activity completed by graduate and exceptional undergraduate students across many disciplines from universities in Ontario and Michigan.


As in previous years, this year’s conference will feature presentations from students in the following disciplines: Anthropology, Business, Education, English & Film, History, Law, Native Studies, Nursing, Political Science, Philosophy, Psychology, Social Justice, Social Work, Sociology & Equity Studies, Women’s Studies and Visual Arts.


The conference is a three-day event: Thursday May 11 will offer half-day workshops. Friday May 12 and Saturday May 13 will feature a keynote address, a combination of paper presentations, panel presentations, poster presentations and creative presentations.
