Plant Science has just been given permission to use the health survey as the only form to fill out to track movement in the building.   

The new google form developed by Bev is not needed anymore (thank you Bev!). 

Statistics suggest, however, that people forget often to fill out the health survey when leaving the building. Please remember to fill the health survey  when entering and leaving please.
