Dear Students,

Short-term job opportunity: Organic Oat Breeding Program.

Martin Entz's lab works together with the oat breeding program at AAFC Brandon (Dr. Kirby Nilsen) on an organic field-testing program for prospective oat lines. We are looking for a qualified person to assist in "setting up seed" for planting at the 6 sites across the 3 Prairie Provinces in 2022.  The work will take place in the second half of March and April.  If you are interested, please contact Martin Entz (m.entz@umanitoba.ca).  We are interested in you even if you may only be able to work 10 hours per week.

 Martin
