-----------------

For those who have registered for the symposium (both presenters and participants):

- Please be informed that our symposium starts tomorrow (Friday) with the registration between 12:00 to 1pm at # 252 agriculture building (Conference room by the Dean's office). This is where you will load your slides and pick up your welcome package. We will start the program with a group photo session at 12:00 p.m at the plant science atrium so please make sure you are there at that time.

-After that we have a short lab tour between 1:00 and 1:45 pm in the plant science department. You can join the people if you want

- After the lab tours, we will be leaving for the pre-symposium tours. The bus must leave from here at 2:00pm. So, please make sure you are there in the Atrium at around 1:45. We are going to go to the Royal Canadian Mint (where they make all the currencies not only for Canada but for 60 other governments across the world) and then to the Fort Gary Brewery (will get a chance to taste the kind of beers they make).

- After the tours, we have a welcome dinner in the downtown (sponsored by the symposium) and then we go for bowling. We are planning to be back at around 9:30 to 10:00 pm. You will be provided with the transport and everything.

- So, just bring yourself and have fun!

Please dont miss this chance to visit these great places!
