As
most of you are aware, the Plant Science Graduate Student Association (PSGSA) will be hosting the 34th Annual Plant
Science Graduate Student Symposium at the University of Manitoba in Winnipeg, MB on March 16-17, 2018.
The theme for this year’s
symposium is “Cultivating the Field of Big Data”.
The event will host student presentations, 3-4 keynote speakers, a panel discussion and a variety of networking events. We are inviting graduate students from the University of Manitoba, University of Saskatchewan, North Dakota State University as well as
other neighboring universities in Canada and the United States.
We highly encourage fellow
graduate students to attend the upcoming symposium as this event will be a great opportunity to improve research skills, share ideas, and expand our network among graduate students.

We highly appreciate fellow students for volunteering in different organizing sub-committees. We still require lots of hands for successful hosting of symposium. If
you are interested in volunteering on one of the sub-committees, or helping on the days
of the symposium, please let us know, as we are always looking for extra volunteers!
