availability of Canadian Wheat Board Fellowship Program
and ensure that qualified students are encouraged to apply.
Information regarding the Canadian Wheat Board Fellowship
program can be accessed on the website: http://www.cwb.ca/public/en/about/scholarships/.
Students can fill out the application online and print it for
submission. I have included a copy of the application form with
this memo.
Please note that the application includes the
section: “18. Practical Application.” Special care
should be taken by students to complete this section, for it
will be an important criteria used in determining the successful
candidates. In addition, applicants should also review the Research
Priorities Areas as identified by the Canadian Wheat
Board Awards Committee. Applications in other areas of interest
to wheat and barley producers in Western Canada are also
welcome.
Deadline for receipt of applications for this
award is 9:00am on Monday, March 14th, 2011
in the Student Services Office, Room 160 Agriculture Bldg
