Hi all,

Hope you are all doing fine and looking forward to the Halloween (!) party.

As you all aware, the symposium fundraising committee is working hard to get as much sponsorships as possible. Thanks to Meghan, Victoria and Iris, we now have close to $13,000 confirmed in sponsorships, although we are a bit short on our planned budget. As it is OUR symposium, we need a total contribution and participation from everyone of you to make it a success. We are going to need volunteers for the following committees.

- Transportation and local arrangements

- Meals and hospitality

- Rooms booking and audio/video

- Judging and awards

- Proceedings/communications

Please let me know if you are interested in helping. Any support will be greatly appreciated.

Herewith I am forwarding the symposium registration form and the tentative program. Please forward your registrations as soon as possible.
