• Advisor and Co-advisor (if applicable) CIHR Biosketch CommonCV to be submitted directly to rfhsgraduateawards@umanitoba.ca (advisor and co-advisor should indicate in the body of the email which applicant(s) the CV is in support of).

· Two letters of assessment addressing past achievements and future potential to be submitted to rfhsgraduateawards@umanitoba.ca.

The Terms of Reference (TORs) and Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) documents are attached to this email.
