Hi Health Sciences Grad Students,

I hope you all are doing well and keeping warm during this very cold winter. I am more than happy to announce that this year's Distinguished Lectureship will be given by two prestigious research scientists; 

Dr. Vincent Munster, NIAID, NIH (March 10th, 10AM)     Lecture title: The ecology of emerging coronaviruses from host reservoir to disease

Dr. Srinivas Murthy, UBC (March 11th, 10AM).     Lecture title: COVID-19: Research in a pandemic

There will be a networking session after the lecture with each of the Distinguished Lecturers. I encourage all members of the UofM community particularly students to attend this networking session to hear about their success stories and challenges during their scientific career.
