I hope this email finds you well! The MTP is a unique
training program that supports students conducting health services research. During this one-year program, students have an opportunity to gain an understanding of the complex healthcare system and the role of evidence in policy making through focused academic
coursework, seminar discussions, knowledge translation training, and work placements within the Manitoba healthcare delivery system. For

We are welcoming thesis-based Master’s and PhD students (including students who will be beginning their graduate program in
September 2022) from health and non-health backgrounds – and a wide-range of other units and disciplines to apply into the MTP.
Accepted students receive a one-year financial stipend: $17,500 for MSc, $22,500 for PhD.
