We are pleased to invite you to the upcoming UM Research Symposium, which will take place in person on Tuesday, November 18, 2025, from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. in 216 Russell (Faculty of Architecture).

This full-day event aims to foster meaningful connections among Canada Research Chairs, trainees, and researchers across diverse disciplines and backgrounds. It is an exciting opportunity to celebrate the outstanding research excellence within our community.

The symposium will feature:

The Future of Governance & Hope
The Future of Knowledge and Expression
The Future of Climate Action

Booths showcasing UM Centres and Institutes
An exhibit of undergraduate research posters, highlighting the winners from the October 16 Undergraduate Research Showcase

Breakfast, refreshments, and lunch will be provided throughout the day to support networking and lively discussions.
