Pls note that if you are planning to apply to Horizon Europe Cluster 5 – Climate, Energy, and Mobility, you can present your project ideas to potential partners using an online European platform at a matchmaking event on January 14. Schedule online meetings with potential partners or register to pitch to a larger group; more information and registration is available here.

Brief oral presentations will be 3 minutes maximum
Bilateral meetings can be booked in 20-minute meeting slots - including morning hours in Winnipeg

When: January 14, 2026

Pitching session: 3am – 5am CST (10:00 - 12:00 Brussels time)
Bilateral meetings: 5am - 11am CST (12:00 - 18:00 Brussels time

Deadline to register to pitch: December 1, 2025

Registration deadline: December 19, 2025
Meeting request deadline: January 14, 2026

The event will focus on forthcoming calls in the draft Cluster 5 2026 work program:

Climate science
Cross-sectoral solutions for the climate transition
Sustainable, secure and competitive energy supply
Efficient, sustainable and inclusive energy use
Clean and competitive solutions for all transport modes
Safe, resilient transport and smart mobility services for passengers and goods
