Subject: Job Posting - Family Guide Safety & Wellness Specialist for Clare's Law (SP4)

---

The Family Resolution Service (FRS), a branch within the Court Division of Manitoba Justice, provides services and supports for families navigating separation, divorce and/or intimate partner violence (IPV). The FRS is looking for bilingual social service professionals to join our team as Family Guide Safety & Wellness Specialist (SP4)!

We currently have a job posting for the Clare’s Law Program, which is a preventative initiative to address IPV and is legislated by Manitoba’s Disclosure to Protect Intimate Partner Violence Act. Clare’s Law provides a pathway for those at risk of IPV to request information about their intimate partner’s documented history of violence and receive safety planning and connections to community based supports.

The Family Guide Safety & Wellness Specialists is a term position until March 31, 2028, with a strong possibility of extension. The competition closes on April 8, 2026 and an eligibility list will be created for future opportunities with out team. We highly encourage those who are interested to apply and please share widely with your networks!

We are also hiring a bilingual Intake Coordinator (CL4) for Clare’s Law. This is a term position until March 31 2028, with a strong possibility of extension. The competition closes on April 8, 2026 and an eligibility list will be created for future opportunities in the branch.
