Here are the notes and a summary of the discussion.  These are a draft.

I think the next step will be to meet in about 2 weeks (I will schedule this).  At that meeting, I think each activity group should verbally step us through their final work plan.  I would ask that each group write down exactly what they intend to do and have that summary at the meeting.

At the meeting we will also ensure there are assistants for Mitch and a guide for each group.  I believe there are 2 people coming with the students, but we will need at least one more guide.  We need to ensure we have people assigned to each station for each week.  We will also decide exactly where to place each activity station and then have a "rotation plan" for the students to follow.

In addition to the written summaries for the activities, Rob has suggested that we video the Oct 8 practice run so that we have that as part of the record of the activities for future years.

I think that you have come up with a fantastic set of ideas and I am very excited about this module of the CanU Grow program.
