The Vanier Canada Graduate Scholarship is the most prestigious scholarship in Canada and is valued at $50,000 per year for three years during doctoral studies (http://www.vanier.gc.ca). This document includes information on timelines, eligibility, application procedures, and selection criteria.

All interested individuals may attend, including but not limited to, potential applicants (i.e. incoming or current Ph.D. students who will not have completed more than 20 months of doctoral studies as of May 1, 2018), advisors, graduate chairs, support staff, etc.
