We are excited to announce the upcoming WISDOM Equity Symposium in Health Research, taking place on October 30th. This event will bring together a diverse community of scholars, trainees, and professionals to share innovative research and foster meaningful dialogue. In alignment with our symposium theme, we warmly encourage submission of abstracts from learners (undergraduate, graduate or post-doctoral stages) for one of six oral presentations.

Does your research include any of the following?

• Integrate EDI considerations into study design, methodology, or analysis
• Address health disparities, representation, or accessibility in science
• Highlight inclusive research practices and community engagement

If your work incorporates EDI principles—or if you are developing new approaches to ensure research is more representative and impactful—we invite you to showcase your contributions at this symposium.
