As of 7 pm Oct 10 our attempts to stabilize our system and return it to health has suffered a set back.
It has been reported to the Help & Solutions Centre that the Storage Network device has been shut down to allow for complete diagnostic evaluation and to allow the team to bring the system back in a controlled state.
This work will take several hours to complete.
Many systems have been impacted by this emergency outage including Angel and the Novel systems. At this time login's to campus computers will fail due to the Novel system outage.
We continue to work to restore the systems as quickly as possible.
