[At-network] Streetfilms - A park from the midst of its pavement

Yet another fantastic film from streetfilms. This one involves removing cars from a major intersection and the placing of street furniture in the street. Allowances are made for street cars to travel through at 17th / Castro / Market in San Francisco.
