This is a 2012 report, but it is a must-read for anyone concerned with cycling safety and/or promoting cycling in Manitoba.

In 19 pages, it provides the underpinnings for policy affecting safety, cycling infrastructure and AT promotion, based on real experience in a broad range of countries. If everybody involved started from the basis of these findings, we would save ourselves a lot of time and effort.
