[speed limits are in the news...so to complete the "trifecta", here's a story out of Toronto about a recent report from Toronto's chief medical officer of health about the best and safest way to get everyone else (besides the kids lucky enough to be in a school zone) out cycling and walking...thx to Tom for the forward. - anders]
